Papilio cresphontes FEMALE

A yellow barred and banded, brown winged swallowtail from North America. This species is widely distributed and dispersed amongst mountain hillsides and flat, lowland forests. A striking swallowtail from front to back, predominantly yellow and less of brown underneath. The female's are a little bit bigger in side but not by much, the brown coloration in the female is more of a milky chocolate tone than the males who are darker brown. A lovely addition to any collection, make sure to grab a pair while we have them!
